EXO-M add another trophy to their mantel, winning “Most Popular Band” at China’s ’13th Annual Billboard Music Festival’


The boys of EXO-M won the ‘Most Popular Band’ award at last night’s  ’13th Annual Billboard Music Festival‘.
On April 14th,  the 13th ’Mongolian Cow Sour Yogurt Annual Billboard Music Festival‘ aka ‘13th Billboard Music Festival‘ was held at Shenzhen Poly Theater in Nanshan District (Shenzhen, China). EXO-M were awarded the “Most Popular Band” award for the second year in a row.
In addition to a great thank you speech after winning, EXO-M took to the stage performing, “Angel” and their hit track ”MAMA”. The group again wowed with their intriguing choreography and vocal talents.
EXO recently celebrated their 1 year anniversary and fans are eagerly waiting for their comeback.

Kim Hyun-joong is coming back with the role of hero Sin Jeong-tae in the new KBS drama “Generation of Youth“. “Generation of Youth” is based in 1930 Shanghai about youths who go through love, friendship and passion. Sin Jeong-tae is clumsy and random at times but he is the greatest fighter in all of the backstreets of Shanghai. Based on the original by Bang Hak-gi, Kim Hyun-joong is finally making his first drama come back in 3 years. He was to return sooner with “City Conquest” but had to step down as it fell through.

CNBLUE”s Minhyuk and Yonghwa are classy in denim for “Esquire”

CNBLUE”s Yonghwa and Minhyuk sported items from the men”s holiday collection from American lifestyle brand, “FOSSIL,” for a recent photoshoot in the November issue of “Esquire“. In the main picture above, Yonghwa and Minhyuk are matching in classy dark washed denim shirts. INFINITE become first artist in 12 years to win #1 on the three major broadcasting stations

INFINITE has been sweeping music shows with their latest single “Man In Love” and they’re now recognized as the first artist in 12 years to win #1 on three major broadcasting stations (SBS, MBC, KBS) with the same song. INFINITE recently achieved #1 on MBC‘s ‘Music Core‘s first broadcast with its new ranking system. INFINITE also achieved #1 on KBS 2TV‘s ‘Music Bank‘ on the 4th and 12th as well as on SBS‘ ‘Inkigayo‘ on March 31st and April 7th. The previous artist and song that was able to achieve such a grand slam was back in 2001 when Fin.K.L‘s “You Wouldn’t Know” achieved #1 on ‘Inkigayo’, ‘Music Bank’, and ‘Music Camp‘ before it became ‘Music Core’. The reason it took so long for artists to hit a ‘grand slam’ on all three broadcasting stations involved the different timing of the music shows’ ranking systems. ‘Music Bank’ previously discarded their ranking system back in August 2001 and revived its ranking system in September 2007. ‘Music Core’ also removed its ranki...
