NU’EST member B aekho has been confirmed to halt all his current promotional activities to focus on his vocal cord polyps surgery . Recently, a representative of Pledis Entertainment announced that, “[Baekho] was diagnosed earlier this year and because of his strong determination to stand on stage he had been carrying on activities . However, his condition was being observed and the doctor recently advised that it would be dangerous for him to carry out his schedule.” The news source reported that Baekho will be undergoing surgery to remove polyps and recover the condition of his vocal folds. The remaining 4 members of NU”EST will depart for their 5-country “NU”EST Re:Sponse Europe Tour” on the 20th. We wish Baekho a safe and speedy recovery!

There are now only a couple days remaining before NU'EST finally make their comeback with first full-length album 'Re:BIRTH'! The group dropped yet another teaser, one that includes every handsome member looking somewhat irked that their lunch was interrupted (much like children after they tire of getting their pictures taken by overexcited parents), but in a very endearing way as they look straight into the camera unabashedly.  Who wants to just jump in there and eat with them? The album will be released on July 9!

Aron is the next NU'EST member after Ren to release his individual image for the group's comeback with first studio album 'Re:BIRTH.'   For his sexy black-and-white picture, Aron lifts up and bites his shirt to bare his abs for fans' enjoyment as he gazes intensely into the camera.  It appears the boys will be returning manlier than ever! Stay tuned for more teasers as well as the big reveal of the album on July 9!

The parade of NU'EST's teaser photos for their new album, 'Re:BIRTH', has kicked off with Ren's solo teaser image! Ren seems to have returned with his trademark 'soft' image with a masculine turn, blending a mixture of casually sexy with just a hint of flower boy to spice up the proceedings. The album will drop on July 9. Stay tuned for more NU'EST teasers to come!

NU’EST was welcomed with an overwhelming response at their first solo concert in Taiwan. The group held its successful concert dubbed as ‘2013 NU’EST L.O.V.E TOUR in TAIPEI’ at Taipei International Conference Center on July 21. They met up with about 1,000 fans, and even though it was NU’EST’s first visit in the country, fans were seen singing along to their songs in Korean, proving the group’s rising popularity. NU’EST members commented, “We did not expect to see so many fans in Taiwan. We were truly touched and we will never forget this memorable moment.”

Boy group NU’EST was chosen to be judges for a K-Pop cover dance contest and also performed a congratulatory performance. On June 29, NU’EST performed in Turkey for their fans. They performed many songs from their debut, “Face” to their most recent songs. They heated up the stage and had the attention of fans and media. Before the concert, NU’EST had a great time meeting with their fans in Turkey. They held fun quizzes about Hallyu and also did makeup for their fans during the ‘Idol Make Over’ session. They also played games where they used a buzzer to see if someone was lying or not. After their performance, they were also invited to a cruise tour and was able to play games related to K-Pop. This performance will also be broadcasted on SBS MTV.
