The court date for B.A.P and TS Entertainment‘s lawsuit regarding the nullification of the members’ exclusive contracts is expected to take place in February or March. A representative of B.A.P revealed to OBS on December 22, “ Although the petition has been submitted [to the court], TS Entertainment has yet to file a response. If the defense response is submitted by the end of the month, the court date will be set. We are expecting it to take place around February or March. ” “ Initially, the members hoped for a peaceful settlement, but following the claims of a hidden influence being behind the lawsuit, the members are undergoing serious negotiations regarding defamation. The B.A.P members are not in direct contact with TS, and communication is taking place through legal representatives ,” the source added.  

The K-pop group B.A.P issued a statement through their legal representative on Friday refuting the assertion by their agency that it had fairly distributed their incomes and had not mistreated them. The conflict between the boy band and TS Entertainment surfaced in late November when the group”s members jointly sued the agency calling for the nullification of their contracts, which they consider disadvantageous. In their statement on Friday, B.A.P said, “ We debuted in 2012, dreaming of becoming the best K-pop boy band, and did 260 shows that year. In 2013, we did 140 shows and 110 this year. We meticulously followed the direction of our entertainment agency. Notably, we also performed 33 times overseas this yea r”. According to B.A.P, the agency forced one of the group”s six members, Daehyun, who was hospitalized more than a month ago, to appear on television shows and on stage. “ One of the boys was hospitalized last October due to extreme exhaustion, but TS Entertai...

Before they make their return,  B.A.P  still has a few more teasers up their sleeves to share with their fans!  Released today are two photos, one of which should be familiar as it was the same one used in the first album teaser image released a few days back. We get the sense from these photos that the boys will be 'unplugging' from their usual strong concepts as they look more at ease and mellow. As mentioned before, the boys will be releasing their 4th single ' B.A.P Unplugged 2014 ' with the title song " Where Are You? " (Korean title: 'Where Are You? What Are You Doing?'), which will possess a rather smooth, soft melody with a harmonica and guitar sound. The song will be released on June 3rd, but stay tuned for their MV teaser to come first!

KBS ' ' Music Bank ' is back for its weekly show featuring performances by your favorite artists!  On this episode, Park Ji Yoon came back with "Beep", BTS returned with "Boy in Luv", SM The Ballad sang "Breath", Stellar made a sexy comeback with "Marionette", Ladies' Code returned with "So Wonderful", and C-CLOWN came back with "Justice".  As for the winners, the first place nominees were Girl's Day and B.A.P, but in the end, B.A.P won this episode with "1004 (Angel)"! Congratulations! Other performers of the night were Minwoo (M), Girl's Day, B.A.P, Soyu&JungGiGo, Rainbow BLAXX, Ga In, GOT7, Kiss&Cry, AoA, Koyote, SPICA, GP Basic, K-Much, and Lip Service.

Not only is B.A.P's first album 'First Sensibility' doing incredibly well on the iTunes chart, it has also landed the group the top spot on Billboard's weekly World Albums chart! This album is proving to be widely successful, winning them their first music show trophy just yesterday and now beating other hit albums from all around the world!  Another notable Korean artist on the list is Royal Pirates and their EP 'Drawing the Line,' which has now stayed in the 8th spot for the second week in a row.   Congratulations to B.A.P!

According to a September 4 announcement by their agency, B.A.P will release their first DVD package on September 10, based on their tour of the United States. The package is titled, “B.A.P’s 1st Adventure: 10,000 Miles in America.” The American tour was part of the “B.A.P Live on Earth Pacific Tour.” The videos include several behind-the-scenes stories from the shooting of their music videos taken during two weeks in five American cities: LA, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Washington, and New York. The set consists of two DVDs (95 minutes and 55 minutes) and a 100-page photo book. It focuses on the members’ unique characteristics by including each member’s video cuts from the music videos of the songs “Coffee Shop” and “Hurricane.” An agency official says, “This is the group’s first release of DVDs since their debut. It’s like an unscripted reality show of the six members. ”The DVD set will be available for purchase on various online sites.

B.A.P Jongup-Zelo Individual Teasers Revealed, 'Chic' Group B.A.P members Jongup and Zelo released their individual teaser photos online. The two teasers revealed a strong and charismatic image for their new song, “BADMAN.” Jongup is seen in a jump position with a cap and tough looking outfit. Zelo sports a bandana around his neck and shows off a chic vibe. B.A.P will release their new song on August 6. They will also be holding their ‘B.A.P LIVE ON EARTH SEOUL WANTED’ concert in Seoul on August 17-18.
