The news resource reported that JYJ member Junsu is entangled in costly and time-consuming litigation involving the construction of his luxury hotel on Jeju Island. Jeju Island ’s paper Jeju Citizen Daily reported on December 10, “ JYJ’s Junsu has been sued for not paying back some of the costs of construction on the 28 billion won luxury hotel .” They continued, “ We are expecting further lawsuit in court, and if he loses his case, he will have to repay over 5 billion won (approximately $4.5 million USD). ” According to the report , Junsu entrusted the construction of his hotel to two construction companies A and B from April of 2013 to August of this year. In order to pay for constructions, he borrowed money from the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation by mortgaging his hotel and the property. Junsu will continue his concert series “Ballad & Musical” this year. C-Jes Entertainment announced that Junsu will hold his “2014 XIA Ballad & Musical Concert with Orchestra vol.3″ on December 30th and 31st at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul, spending the last days of 2014 with all the fans. JYJ Junsu 'Incredible' Ranks at Number 5 on the U.S. Billboard World Album Chart JYJ Junsu’s second album, Incredible , ranked number 5 on the U.S. Billboard World Album Chart. On July 24, his ranking on this chart was revealed. According to the Nielson SoundScan, his album was seen ranked high on a chart that is based off of U.S. and Canada results. This showed his popularity overseas as well. Junsu’s interview was also featured on the Grammy homepage as well along with the interview video becoming the number 1 ‘trending video’. His music video also topped the China MV site for the Yin Yue Tai Korea V Chart for the third week of July. On the other hand, he will be starting his Asia tour, beginning in Shanghai on July 28.

Today, a press conference was held for Junsu’s asia tour in Thailand. When he was asked about his kiss scene in his music video, he smiled and said, “There’s something that I really wanted to say.” Junsu said, “In the MV and also about showing it in the LED lights during the concert, I had never offered it. I didn’t want to look like a little boy before, but now I just want to be a little boy to my fans. I didn’t want a kiss scene. But since the music also has a romantic part, I think the staff wanted it in the MV as well. XIA (JYJ‘s Junsu) has topped iTunes charts in eight countries with his latest solo album, “Incredible.” His agency, C-JeS Entertainment, stated, “XIA Junsu’s album, which was released yesterday, placed first in Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, and Thailand on their album charts, and placed first in the dance genre chart in Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Kazakhstan. It seems this album, which contains a diverse range of genres including an exciting dance song, is drawing the attention of fans all over the world.” C-JeS continued on to say that “Incredible” also received a lot of love in Korea, with the album’s tracks sweeping charts immediately after release, placing from first place to twelfth on Bugs and Naver Music. JYJ Junsu (XIA) has unveiled a new teaser image for the D-1 countdown to his second solo album release. Titled “Incredible,” the album contains the title song of the same name among its numerous tracks, whose music video teaser has previously been released. You can check that out here. Starting from D-3, Junsu has unveiled a image cut from the music video to count down the days till the July 15 album release. Along with the image, Junsu also answers randomly selected questions from fans, one per day, at JYJ’s official Facebook page. For D-1, Junsu answered Esra Öztürk’s question from Turkey. He answered, “Something funny that happened while recording the album was when I recorded the song ‘This Song is Funny, Right?’ I couldn’t stop laughing in the recording studio after making this song because I couldn’t get used to it. A representative of his agency said about his upcoming solo album, “We have started a countdown event on Junsu’s Facebook starting from D-3. With JYJ‘s Junsu (XIA) just days ahead till his solo album release, it has been reported that Loen Entertainment has one-sidedly scrapped the plan to promote Junsu’s music. Today he released a jacket photo of his pre-release song, “11 o’clock.” This song is about a man who breaks up with his lover and the feeling of emptiness that follows the day after. Marie Claire is a renowed fashion magazine first published in 1937 in France. Of course it has many international editions and one of them is the Korean one, launched in March 1993. The cover of the July 2013 issue is the singer Xia Junsu, who will be the first Korean male artist to appear on the cover of Marie Claire. We are working hard every day to show another evolution for this album.” The company promised to release a fantastical album that will be balanced out with ballads and performance songs and will fit the summer season.
