Big Bang's G-Dragon and Taeyang's photobook 'G-DRAGON × TAEYANG IN PARIS 2014' will be released in Korea, China, and Japan this summer! 'G-DRAGON × TAEYANG IN PARIS 2014' will be released simultaneously in Korea, China, and Japan on June 11. The photobook gives a closer look into G-Dragon and Taeyang's fashionable moments at the '2014 Paris Fashion Week' this past January through a pictorial and video. On a new episode of Mnet's variety show 'Dirty Talk' which touches upon the hot topics of the music industry, the MCs discussed the question of whether Big Bang's leader G-Dragon or Block B's leader Zico is the better rapper. The MCs began with both of the boys' history and background.  Lee Sang Min, former member of Roo'ra, said, " G-Dragon's history begins as a part of Little Roo'ra.  Starting from the age of six, he had a strong sense of pride. At the time, he even did the Roo'ra rap in his style. He was of the opinion, 'I won't follow the Roo'ra rap exactly' and did it in his own way at such a young age." Jewelry's Yewon, who has a one-day MC on the show, revealed that she is good friends with Zico, but has personally never come face to face with G-Dragon. So she could not speak for G-Dragon's work, but for Zico, she praised his ability to write and compose songs and tweak it in a distinct style...

G-Dragon is receiving attention all over the world for his accomplishments in music and fashion and the latest to recognize his achievements is 'HYPEBEAST'! G-Dragon posed for the cover of their magazine's first issue of 2014 titled, 'The Rhapsody Issue', with his signature swag and style that is recognized both in Korea and overseas. G-Dragon posted a preview on Instagram of his and Taeyang's photo shoot with 'Harper's Bazaar MEN'!  In that one picture, he showed three artistic and edgy shots of them showing off their chemistry and exuding individual charisma Wearing dark eyeliner and featuring different hair colors that are bright and unique, the two boys look handsome and fashionable.  G-Dragon also uploaded a picture onto Twitter that appears to be a parody of the far left picture.  Someone had put Yang Hyun Suk's face over Taeyang's.  G-Dragon wrote, " Uh...?  What the...?  Wing?  Eng? G-Dragon was spotted on set as the new model for beer band 'Dry Finish d'! A set of pictures were released, showing him on the set doing various things like casually drinking from the can, hiding in a trunk, and even lying on some wooden contraption while pretending to fly!  These cute and goofy pictures show off G-Dragon's unique charms and charisma, proving that he was a great choice for the beer brand.

Big Bang G-Dragon Prepares for New Album and Concert this August Big Bang leader G-Dragon will begin to prepare for a new album and concerts this August. He stated on his twitter, “It is finally August! I will be releasing my second solo album soon and perform my last encore concert at the end of this month. Keep a look out!” He also stated, “One more thing! Kang Seung Yoon, Taeyang, Seungri, 2NE1 are all making comebacks soon so please support them as well!” He also released a picture filled with the number 8. It seems that YG Entertainment is busy with many comebacks this summer.

Today, YG Entertainment posted on its blog, “G-Dragon wrote the lyrics for Kang Seung Yoon’s 3rd title song.” The post continued, “G-Dragon and Taeyang have deep considerations for their younger YG family members, maybe because their training days were longer than others. G-Dragon listened to the demo music of Kang Seung Yoon at the studio and wrote the lyrics on the spot.” Knag Seung Yoon will be releasing his first title song “WILD AND YOUNG” on July 31 and release 2 other title songs in August and in September. Kang Seung Yoon’s first stage will be in SBS “Inkigayo” on August 4.

On July 16, Vogue magazine tweeted three different cover photos that feature G-Dragon for their 17 year anniversary. The first cover photo features G-Dragon with top model Soo Joo, who are both topless and blonde. Soo Joo hugs G-Dragon from behind as both display their lean bodies and chic expressions. With the same blonde hair and smokey makeup, the two almost look like twins. The second cover photo contains G-Dragon with model Kim Sung Hee. G-Dragon sports a unique hippy look, giving him an edgy and free-spirited atmosphere. G-Dragon also didn’t fail to deliver his charismatic eyes. The last cover photo expressed a more modern feel. G-Dragon poses with model Park Ji Hye for a black and red concept. K-Pop’s wildest fashionista is at it again with flaming orange hair. The latest issue of “Cosmopolitan Korea” will feature G-Dragon clad in eccentric accessories, from webbed Spider-Man gloves to knee-high socks and pink shoes. Most notable of them all is an orange Vitamin Water bottle. He is said to have devoted extra attention to this photoshoot by matching his hair to the color of the beverage. He was recently named Glaceu Vitamin Water’s official spokesperson.

Singapore, being the last stop for G-Dragon’s “One Of A Kind” World Tour Concert, the video presented at the start of the media conference, featured almost all the countries that this concert had been to since March 2013. Unfortunately, one of their artist, Se7en, was caught by reporters visiting adult massage parlors while on military duty. On June 28, YG Entertainment updated the company’s official blog with the latest updates on Big Bang‘s G-Dragon’s solo album and also introduced plans regarding Taeyang’s solo album.   “I extend my apology for the delayed post.” What are the plans regarding G-Dragon’s solo concert? “G-Dragon is scheduled to hold a solo concert at Seoul Olympic Gymnastics Arena for two days on August 31 and September 1.
