G-Dragon lands the cover of 'HYPEBEAST' magazine


G-Dragon is receiving attention all over the world for his accomplishments in music and fashion and the latest to recognize his achievements is 'HYPEBEAST'!

G-Dragon posed for the cover of their magazine's first issue of 2014 titled, 'The Rhapsody Issue', with his signature swag and style that is recognized both in Korea and overseas.

HYPEBEAST wrote, "The rising influence of G-Dragon encapsulates the current state of affairs in popular culture and the South Korean pop star epitomizes the synonymity that fashion and music share. For this reason, G-Dragon, a.k.a. Kwon Ji-Yong, stands as the face of the cover feature — an in-depth look at the synergy between his music and fashion, the interesting partnership that he has with his stylist and what the future holds for the talented artist."

G-Dragon shared, "Fashion has played a big role in shaping my image up until now. Fans and the public have a lot of interest in my fashion and style... My goal is to focus more on my music so that fans can listen to the artistry in my music and understand it."

Jay Park Returns July 10 With New Mini-Album ‘I Like 2 Party’ Featuring Self-Written Songs

Jay Park 'I Like 2 Party' Korean-American hip-hop artist Jay Park will be releasing a new mini-album next week according to his agency Sidus HQ. On July 3 the entertainment company announced that Jay Park will be releasing a new four-track album on July 10 called I Like 2 Party .Sidus HQ also released the a cover image as well as the track listing for the upcoming release. The title song will be “I Like 2 Party” and the album will also include “HOT,” “Secret” and “See Me Again.” The album is said to be a mix of genres including hip-hop, dance and R&B. Fans have already heard the title track, as it was featured in the ending credits for the South Korean release of American actor Will Smith’s latest film After Earth . Jay Park helped compose and write lyrics for “I Like 2 Party” as well as the lyrics for the hip-hop track “HOT” which he says is perfect for a club setting.
