  SHINee has eventually revealed the date of its highly anticipated comeback. The group will be releasing its 4th full album "Odd" on May 18th. Besides, the group has announced a 4th solo concert in Seoul “SHINee CONCERT SHINee WORLD IV in SEOUL.” The three-day show is slated on May 15-17. Then, the group will launch its “Odd” promotion campaign.

SHINee's Jonghyun looks super suave wearing Dior and Prada on the cover of Elle Korea's latest issue. The singer Displaying an ostentatious fashion sense, Jonghyun dresses in unique styles of clothing for his pictorial in Elle Korea . In this photo shoot, Jonghyun focuses on shiny clothing as the images center around gold and silver. With the theme as “honest and sexy,” Jonghyun puts on a solemn expression while naturally leaning back to relax. In one of his images, the singer displays his well toned body through a white leather cut out vest. Sporting both Dior and Prada outfits, Jonghyun’s clothing clashes with his modest facial expression, allowing for an amplified effect of the pictorial. Jonghyun recently debuted as a solo artist on January 10th with the song “Déjà-Boo” which features Zion.T.

“CeCi” gave an early treat for the holidays with additional photos from their “A Letter From SHINee” pictorial! As mentioned previously, the boys of SHINee got together for the cover of “CeCi”s December issue for release in Korea, China, and Thailand. To make this pictorial extra special, they added their handwritten greetings. Fans were also happy to see them all together in a while since the group is busy with their Japanese tour “SHINee WORLD 2014 ～I”m Your Boy～“. SHINee“s Key had some sad news to share with his fans earlier today as he announced that his grandmother has passed away.    “To everyone who cares about me and my team, hello. This is Key,” he posted to Instagram earlier today. “I don”t know how to say this, but.. I wasn”t able to participate during the Japanese promotions on the 24th due to personal problems. My grandmother passed away on the 23rd. She took care of me with love when I was growing up, so I am still in shock over the fact and can”t believe that she is gone.” “However, I felt that it was wrong to tell this news through a company announcement ahead of SMTOWN and the first concert of the tour, so I am just telling you this now. I know that my grandmother was watching me from heaven and will continue strongly through the rest of the tour,” he said. “Please support me and I will see you with a smiling face! S HINee “s Jonghyun  apologized in response to criticism about his attitude toward HaHa . HaHa had become a 1-day DJ as a special for “Infinity Challenge” along with Jonghyun on Jonghyun ”s radio show “Blue Night“. The pair are close and had just fooled and joked around with each other on the radio, but some viewers thought Jonghyun was being rude to HaHa , who was his sunbae  and hyung . Viewers took to the “Infinity Chellenge ” viewer board and complained that Jonghyun was being rude. He said that " got excited and I made viewers uncomfortable without even realizing it. I”m sorry to all the fans who love “Infinity Challenge”, and I”m sorry to all the “Blue Night” family. SHINee continued on their takeover of the SHINee World with their Shanghai concert! The boys were in Shanghai on the 1st for the Shanghai leg of their 'SHINee World III'. Even though it was raining throughout the day, fans came early in the morning to wait for the concert, and even prepared a special event for the boys. SHINee performed 27 songs, including "Juliette", "Lucifer", "Ring Ding Dong", "Sherlock", "Dream Girl", "Symptoms", "3 2 1", and much more. During "Selene 6.23", the audience all changed their pearl aqua lightsticks to white to make a wave of white. During the last song "Green Rain", all the fans held up banners that read " We're happy to be together with you ". The boys will be heading to Jakarta next on the 22nd.

SHINee will release a live concert album from their second solo concert titled 'SHINee THE 2nd CONCERT ALBUM SHINee WORLD Ⅱ in Seoul' on April 2! SHINee will release their 'SHINee THE 2nd CONCERT ALBUM SHINee WORLD Ⅱ in Seoul' not only through stores but also through domestic online music sites on the 2nd. The album consists of two CDs from their second solo concert held at Seoul Olympic Gymnastics Arena on July 21-22, 2012 and features live versions of "Replay", "Sherlock", "Hello", "To Your Heart", "Always Love", "Lucifer", "Amigo", "Juliet", and more for a total of 29 tracks. SHINee also recorded the Korean version of the track "Seesaw" from their 1st Japanese full-length album as a bonus track. The boys will also hold their 'SHINee WORLD III" in Mexico City, Mexico on April 4, Santiago, Chile on the 6th, and Buenos Aires, Argentina on the 8th.

According to an August 1 announcement by their agency, SM Entertainment, SHINee will release combined volume of The Misconceptions of Us made up of the two parts of their third studio album: Chapter 1: Dream Girl —The misconceptions of you and Chapter 2: Why So Serious? —The misconceptions of me. An agency official says, “The third studio album, which consists of Charters 1 and 2, contains different concepts, colors, and stories. This combined volume summarizes all the emotions that SHINee wanted to convey.” One of the two new songs on the combined album is “Our Street (Selene 6.23),” which is an emotional ballad. The members’ voices are well matched with the orchestration and piano accompaniment. The other new song, “Better Off,” for which New Age pianist Iruma joined in producing the work, is a medium-tempo melody embellishing the sorrow of parting beautifully. SHINee’s Taemin is ready to manipulate romance on tvN’s Dating Agency Cyrano SHINee’s youngest member will be appearing in the new tvN drama on June 3 as a popular idol group member, who wants his crush on a female student to become something more. Taemin reaches out to the dating agency for help in making his first love come alive. “I was completely into the script as soon as I read it because it was so fun,” said Taemin. “It’s slightly burdensome that I’m the client in the second episode, but I was able to complete filming enjoyable and with a good atmosphere. I hope that viewers will enjoy it as much as I worked hard on it.” Taemin’s cameo appearance in the drama is his first acting role since MBC’s sitcom Tae Hee, Hye Kyo, Ji Hyun in 2004. Remember when SHINee took you along on their vacation through ‘SHINee’s Wonderful Day‘? Well, they’re going to be taking you on the same trip again, but this time not through the camera lens but through their own travel note called ‘SHINee SURPRISE VACATION‘. SM Entertainment said, “ The travel note has the many stories of the SHINee members as they traveled through Switzerland, Thailand, England, and Japan. The book contains beautiful scenery and the member’s daily activities, so it’ll interest not only the fans but also travel maniacs. ” This isn’t the first travel-related book from the group as  Taemin , Onew , and Key have already published ‘The Sun’s Children‘ on their trip to Barcelona. So this second one should be something to look forward to! It will hit shelves on the 25th!

Want to go to school with SHINee‘s Minho? Well, that’s exactly what Konkuk University wants you to think when you see these photos! Minho took promotional photos for the school he’s attending with a major in film. He took photos which will be featured on the promotional material for admissions and also filmed a video as well. Minho was dressed up in the Konkuk University Varsity Letterman Jacket, and he looked as cool as ever as he talked with the other students and then enjoyed the sun with a bright smile. Who wouldn’t want to attend the school after seeing these pictures?

Shawols, perhaps its time to put those makeup cases away. The boys of SHINee revealed what kind of makeup they liked seeing on a girl and it’s – well, none at all, or very little. The SHINee members were featured on the May 14 episode of SBS E!‘s ‘Star Beauty Show‘. On the program, the staff members asked SHINee what kind of makeup they liked on women. All of the members unanimously agreed, “ We like very little makeup, similar to a bare face. ” When Minho told Key, “ I felt as though you would like the smoky makeup style “, Key answered, “ All men like the type of make up where it appears as if there is none. “

Fans across the globe voted for their favorite idols. After running a survey back in December, CJ E&M ran another survey titled ‘ The K-pop artist you like the most ‘ from April 4th to the 21st. The survey listed 20 artists that released a song in 2013 and asked users to choose their favorite. In all, the survey received a total of 73,809 votes. INFINITE-H ranked #1 overall on the survey with 41.4% of the overall vote, they were followed by Girls’ Generation with 17.3%, and in third was SHINee with 13.1%. INFINITE-H topped the votes in Taiwan, Thailand, and China. Girls’ Generation had the most votes in Brazil and Mexico, while SHINee performed the best in Russia, Spain, and Italy. The biggest participation came from Taiwan, who had the most votes overall. Surprisingly, Poland had the second highest number of votes, and the United States rounded out the top 3. The SHINee-zombie apocalypse is here – in Korea and Taiwan, at least. The boys released the second part of their 3rd album ‘Why So Serious? – The Misconceptions of Me‘ towards the end of April, and of course topped Hanteo’s daily chart before they went on to sweep the weekly chart (4/29-5/5)! It doesn’t stop there since the physical album sales also ranked #1 on Taiwan’s ‘Five Music‘ Korea-Japan chart for the week (4/26-5/2), showing fans’ immense support for this group. ‘Weekly Idol‘ went around with a survey titled, ‘ They’re so~ different~ from their real selves! The cosplay -idols that have a business image ‘. Many idols participated in the survey, offering their suggestions on whom they believe to be the most different on and off camera. To the amusement of fans some of the results were released through the show’s Twitter. First up was TEEN TOP‘s L . Joe. His own members Niel, Ricky, and Changjo wrote, “ Angel on stage, demon off stage!!!!! “, “ Cute hyung vs player hyung “, and “ He really has absolutely no charisma! “.   SHINee ‘s Onew will make a cameo appearance on KBS‘s sitcom, ‘A Bit of Love‘! The director of the sitcom, Kwon Jae Young, tweeted the above picture of Onew with actor Lee Won Geun and wrote, “ Onew will be appearing on ‘A Bit of Love’. A surprise appearance as Lee Won Geun’s cousin! The two really look alike .” Onew apparently completed filming for his portion on the 29th, and the episode with his appearance will be broadcast on May 10th.

The new couple to replace ZE:A Kwang Hee and Secret’s Sunhwa has been revealed! SHINee’s Taemin and A Pink’s Son Na Eun will reportedly be getting married on the virtual reality program, MBC’s We Got Married. The two young singers began shooting for the show on April 17 in Jejudo. They will meet for the first time at the ‘Seo Yeon’s House’ café, which appeared in the movie Architecture 101. SHINee effortlessly pulled off the ‘handsome male idol’ concept with their suits and ties, yet leaving their chests bare foregoing their shirts.  Minho and Victoria also became the ultimate eye-candy couple with their back hug pictorial that left fans awed at their visuals, while also a bit jealous. The labelmates who’ve known each other since prior to their debut also opened up about the changes they’ve noticed in each other through the interview.  Victoria shared, “When I look back, they’ve all become more mature. Due to unfortunate events, SHINee will be promoting as four members for the time being. With the upcoming release of SHINee’s third album, Chapter 2. ‘Dream Girls – The Misconceptions of Me’ , Jonghyun, who recently underwear surgery to fix his fractured nose, will be sitting out on album promotions. Jonghyun will be focusing more on resting and gaining his health back while the other four members will begin promotions. SM Entertainment stated, “ Chapter 2 is also filled with different colors and stories as well as high quality songs.
