Actors Kim Young Kwang and Joo Won are handsome doppelgängers in a recent pictorial with "W Korea"! Pictures from the upcoming April issue of "W Korea" were released in which the two actors went for similar looks in different shades of clean-cut blue suits and dark sunglasses. The shoot took place in Macau in front of St. Paul"s Church and Pousada de Coloane, creating a similar atmosphere that can be seen in a Hong Kong noir film. Actor Joo Won graced the cover of "GEEK" magazine where he transformed into a sexy car driver, showing off his sleek Italian sports car and fine luxury Swiss watch. In the released pictures, Joo Won is dressed in casual-formal wear, posing inside a "super car," exuding an affluent charm. The pictorial also included the sophisticated image that the actor had shown through his recent role in "Cantabile Tomorrow" as Cha Yoo Jin. Actor Joo Won recently made a trip to the emergency room after injuring his nose while filming ‘1Night 2 Days‘. His agency revealed on the 18th, “During the filming for ’1N2D’, Joo Won was in the middle of a game with the football team at Korea Maritime University and his nose collided with a player’s head, and he ended up injuring the ridge of his nose, causing swelling.” Reportedly, Joo Won fell onto the floor and was unable to get up for some time, leading the staff to pause filming. Joo Won was rushed to the emergency room where he received treatment, and the actor showed his dedication to his work by insisting that he comes back to finish the filming afterwards. Hopefully the injury is minor and Joo Won will recover quickly!

Joo Won, one of the hottest actors at the moment, is also fast becoming a blue chip in the ad world. Outdoor brand Mountia has decided to renew their contract with the actor. His agency confirmed, “Joo Won extended his contract with the outdoor brand ‘Mountia’, which he filmed his first CF for as an endorsement model. Following the past two years as the main model, he will continue with more activities for the third consecutive year.” Mountia stated, “Joo Won, who is recognized for his sincere acting, has many charms such as his bright, friendly image on ‘ 7th Grade Civil Servant ‘ and ‘ 1 Night 2 Days ‘, which fits well with the brand.” Joo Woon will be starring alongside actress Kim Ah Joong in the upcoming film ‘Only You‘. He’ll also be taking on the role of Sam Wheat in the musical remake of the hit film ‘Ghost‘, which premieres this November.
