2PM chooses Shinhwa as their role model

2PM chose Shinhwa as their role model!
2PM is already one of the longer running idol groups, as they’re entering their 6th year in 2013. The boys had a press conference before their Tokyo Dome concert, and they talked about the past 5 years as 2PM. Taecyeon said, “People say that an idol group that lasts for more than 5 years is long lasting. I think that the Tokyo Dome is another start. This concert also allowed us to look back into our past. I want to call it a new start that tells us which direction to go.
Jun.K added, “After our debut, we had good things, and not so good things. But when we had bad things, we were able to become closer. We come together now thinking of one another as family. It’s not like we never have conflicting opinions, so we set up a rule. If we don’t agree with someone’s opinions, then we get together to talk and solve it. We’ve been doing that.
Wooyoung continued, “Our teamwork now is better than ever. If we have something we’re disappointed in, we try to fix it right away. We love Shinhwa sunbaenim, the long-running idol. They’re our role model. We’re going to do our best for a long time and fulfill our own dreams.
Jun.K concluded, “There’s something I want to say. We were only able to promote in Japan like this because sunbaes such as BoA, TVXQ, and Rain paved the road for us. We want to thank them first.
The Tokyo Dome concert on the 20th and 21st were the boys’ last overseas promotions before their comeback in mid-May.

B1A4’s Jin Young (November 18, 1991) He is only five months younger than the oldest teammate, CNU. Block B’s Zico (September 14, 1992) Although he has his silly side, Zico known when it’s time to get down to business. He is the second youngest of seven members. Big Bang’s G-Dragon (August 18, 1988) He gained experience very early during childhood through the group Little RooRa. He penned “Lies,” which shot his group to stardom. Such success due to a member, and not from the agency, freelance composers, etc.,  was unprecedented.

Agency ordered to repay partner

A Seoul court ordered the agency of Block B to return nearly $600,000 to its partner, holding it responsible for not hosting a concert of the idol group. The Seoul Central District Court ruled yesterday that Stardom Entertainment, which represents the seven-member boy group, needs to pay 652.44 million won ($586,990) to Shownote. The two companies signed a deal in September last year after agreeing to collaborate to hold Block B concerts at least twice each year for two years. Shownote gave the money to Stardom Entertainment on two occasions through October of last year. But the concerts were canceled after a conflict between Block B and Stardom Entertainment deepened over the terms of the contract. Shownote terminated the deal with Stardom Entertainment and filed a lawsuit to get the money back. Stardom Entertainment reportedly filed a countersuit, claiming Shownote slandered another singer that it represented and demanded 30 million won in compensation.
