Solos by CNBlues Jung Yong Wha top ringtone charts in Japan
According to a June 27 announcement by his agency, songs from the sound track of Heartstrings, a TV series starring Jung Yong Wha, have ranked at the top of the weekly chart (June 16 to 25) of Dewongo, a Japanese sound track ranking site. “I Miss You” ranked first on the daily chart for June 25.
In the drama, Jung plays Lee Shin, the lead vocalist and guitarist of a band. “I Miss You” is a song that Lee Shin wrote in memory of his father in the drama, and the song was actually written by Jung himself.
The series was popular in Japan when it was broadcast from July to November last year on Fuji TV. It is still gathering a lot of attention even though it haz been seven months since the series ended.
Previously, the songs from the sound track ranked first on K-pop sound-track ringtone charts in March. A DVD of the drama was distributed through HMV, one of the largest music & DVD distributors in Japan, and ranked at the top on weekly sales charts of the Korea-Asia division.

G-Dragon and Female Model Pose Topless for Vogue Magazine's 17th Anniversary Cover

On July 16, Vogue magazine tweeted three different cover photos that feature G-Dragon for their 17 year anniversary. The first cover photo features G-Dragon with top model Soo Joo, who are both topless and blonde. Soo Joo hugs G-Dragon from behind as both display their lean bodies and chic expressions. With the same blonde hair and smokey makeup, the two almost look like twins. The second cover photo contains G-Dragon with model Kim Sung Hee. G-Dragon sports a unique hippy look, giving him an edgy and free-spirited atmosphere. G-Dragon also didn’t fail to deliver his charismatic eyes. The last cover photo expressed a more modern feel. G-Dragon poses with model Park Ji Hye for a black and red concept.
