EXO”s Luhan reported to have filed to nullify his contract with SM Entertainment

Many sources are indicating that Luhan has submitted his lawsuit at the Seoul Central Court this morning (10th KST).

The type of lawsuit he has filed, which is to determine that the contract is not valid and nullify it, is the same one filed by former member Kris.

It”s being reported that the same law firm that handled Kris”s case is also taking on Luhan”s.

SM Entertainment has responded to say that they”re looking into confirming the situation. 


In the morning of October 10 , the lawsuit is filed at  Seoul Central District Court. It is also confirmed that it is the same case with former EXO member Kris who left in May.Moreover, Luhan is going to be represented by the same lawyer who handled Kris and Hangeng”s case.
This brings light to the speculation among EXO fans that Luhan”s absences from EXO activities and SMTOWN concerts which said to be due to health reasons is suspicious.
