C-JeS Entertainment denies report that reporters held a boycott during JYJ”s press conference

It was reported that a conflict arose during JYJ”s press conference held at TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall Conference Room, Taiwan on September 11 when a reporter was allegedly denied the ability to take photos during the interview by the event organizer. Approximately 50 reporters allegedly started a boycott as a result, leaving the press conference.

They told OSEN on the 12th, “When it was requested for the reporters to minimize the flash of their cameras at the press conference, there was a miscommunication between the host and reporters on set… 5-6 reporters complained about the host”s comment, and because it wasn”t a boycott, they returned and the coverage continued on amicably. The concert coverage was completed successfully… Even while the reporters were giving their complaints at the press conference, JYJ didn”t stop smiling and carried out their 30-minute interview with the reporters. They showed their consideration by having another photo time for the reporters who returned after giving their complaints.”

Meanwhile, JYJ performed in front of 9,000 fans at TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall on the 11th for their Asia tour “THE RETURN OF THE KING” and will make their next stop in Shanghai, China on the 20th

The previous artist and song that was able to achieve such a grand slam was back in 2001 when Fin.K.L‘s “You Wouldn’t Know” achieved #1 on ‘Inkigayo’, ‘Music Bank’, and ‘Music Camp‘ before it became ‘Music Core’. The reason it took so long for artists to hit a ‘grand slam’ on all three broadcasting stations involved the different timing of the music shows’ ranking systems. ‘Music Bank’ previously discarded their ranking system back in August 2001 and revived its ranking system in September 2007. ‘Music Core’ also removed its ranki...
