SM Entertainment to take legal action for the leaking of EXO's 'Overdose' music and dance video



As both the music and choreography video for EXO's new title track "Overdose" has been leaked to the public, SM Entertainment expressed their intentions to take legal action.


On April 10, SM said:
"The relevant video was filmed for the broadcast of MBC's 'Show! Music Core' while the music is not the completed version.  Currently, we are taking measures to delete the illegally circulated video and are figuring out the details regarding this illegal leak.

 We immediately requested an investigation and will take a course of action through criminal prosecution and a claim for damages in order for the criminal to take strict legal responsibility for illicitly publishing and circulating the relevant video.  

 For this reason, the company will firmly take action against any similar cyber crimes as illegal circulation is a serious, unlawful action that violates copyrights. We give this warning and request that you refrain from posting the second or third round, circulating, or doing similar unlawful actions hereafter."

A-JAX releases teaser photo for 2nd mini-album, "Insane"

Another act is confirmed for this year’s list of summer comebacks! Earlier today, DSP Media confirmed that A-JAX will be returning to the scene with the release of their 2nd mini-album, “Insane.” Updating their official Twitter account, A-JAX revealed a black and yellow teaser image, highlighting their new concept and style. SHINee tops physical album sales charts in Korea and Taiwan

The SHINee-zombie apocalypse is here – in Korea and Taiwan, at least. The boys released the second part of their 3rd album ‘Why So Serious? – The Misconceptions of Me‘ towards the end of April, and of course topped Hanteo’s daily chart before they went on to sweep the weekly chart (4/29-5/5)! It doesn’t stop there since the physical album sales also ranked #1 on Taiwan’s ‘Five Music‘ Korea-Japan chart for the week (4/26-5/2), showing fans’ immense support for this group. Congratulations to SHINee!

EXO provide their handsome visuals for their “Kolon Sport” pictorial with “Vogue Girl”

Although there”s been a lot of commotion in the EXO sphere lately, the boys showed that they try not to let anything get them down as they brought out their playful nature on set.
