Jang Geun Suk to heat up Japan’s music fest + gets 10 million followers on WeiboSinger and actor Jang Geun Suk will be performing in two major music festivals in Japan.
Jang Geun Suk’s project group Team H has been invited to two popular Japanese summer music festivals, namely ‘MTV Zushi FES 13’ and ‘Summer Sonic 2013’. In the festivals, he will be bumping his shoulders with prominent rock musicians, such as Metallica, Muse and Linkin’ Park.
Jang Geun Suk will perform at ‘MTV Zushi FES 13’ on August 9, then move on to ‘Summer Sonic 2013’ the next day on August 10. This will mark his second time at ‘Summer Sonic’, where CNBLUE and FT Island confirmed their performance as well this year.
Also, Jang Geun Suk has become the Korean celebrity with the most number of followers on Chinese social networking service Weibo, the Chinese variation of Twitter. The actor amassed 10 million followers in less than two years after setting up the account in August 2011.

BTS’ Rap Monster talks about girls and rap culture

BTS" Rap Monster shared some insight into the rap culture"s attitude in opposition to women in a contemporary interview with "@star1" ("@style1") magazine. The interviewer commented, "Some rappers explicit hip hop by way of dissing others, demeaning women, or harsh cursing,"  and Rap Monster published his point of view. He said, "The hip hop culture can also be very open, yet whenever you glance at it some other way, it"s a closed culture that handiest the ones inside of it will understand." Rap Monster continued, "The public wishes to recognize that culture in part, but i suspect that the demeaning of girls must be subdued."  Do you trust Rap Monster?
