NU’EST receives warm response at first solo concert in TaiwanNU’EST was welcomed with an overwhelming response at their first solo concert in Taiwan.
The group held its successful concert dubbed as ‘2013 NU’EST L.O.V.E TOUR in TAIPEI’ at Taipei International Conference Center on July 21. They met up with about 1,000 fans, and even though it was NU’EST’s first visit in the country, fans were seen singing along to their songs in Korean, proving the group’s rising popularity.
NU’EST members commented, “We did not expect to see so many fans in Taiwan. We were truly touched and we will never forget this memorable moment.”

It has been revealed that the younger sister of Philippines’ president, Chris Akino, also attended with other high officials. Kris, who came to the concert, is currently an actress and an MC of the Philippines. She also came to the press conference of Lee Minho’s concert held 5 days prior to the actual concert, as she normally had much interest in K-pop. ’2013, My Everything tour in Manila’ started in Seoul in May and went through Japan, Malaysia, and Philippines, and will end on July 21 with the concert in Taiwan as its last.
