CNBLUE’s Yonghwa turns down role in ‘The Heirs’

CNBLUE’s Yonghwa turns down role in ‘The Heirs’
It was previously reported that CNBLUE’s Jung Yonghwa has been cast in the upcoming SBS drama, ‘The Heirs’. However, FNC Entertainment stated that the singer has decided to turn down his role.
The agency confirmed that Yonghwa has decided to turn down his impending role on the new drama, which has already announced Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye in starring roles. The reason behind his decline is that the production company and his agency failed to reach an agreement regarding the character Yonghwa would play.
A representative stated, “Yonghwa will continue to be dedicated to his music activities, including CNBLUE’s ongoing ‘Blue Moon World Tour’ and upcoming album. He has been receiving offers from many productions, we’re sure he’ll be able to return in acting again.”
