EAT YOU ALIVE will Disband
Shocking news reached us today: Japanese band EAT YOU ALIVE announced to disband after being active for almost 8 years.
Right now there aren't many details revealed. Most of the members already commented on it on their personal blogs but didn't give an actual reason for their decision.
The band's last live has a pretty long title: "shi wo sasou shidarezakura muku no hinagiku bibou no bara kyomu no pansy shi no keshi omoide no wasurenagusa". It will be held in their hometown Nagoya at Nagoya E.L.L. on December 30th.

If you're in Nagoya this August there's another live you might be interested in. You can vote for your favorite songs until August 15th! The 15 songs with the most votes will be played at their live at Nagoya ell. SIZE on August 23rd. Just send a mail with your 7 favorite songs to order@black-flag.jp.
Furthermore, their last one man tour includes 3 lives. The first one will be held at Shibuya RUIDO K2 on November 29th, the second one at Osaka Live Space BAR SHRIMP on December 7th and their last one, as stated above, at Nagoya E.L.L. on December 30th.

2PM replace themselves as #1 on Japan’s Tower Records pre-order chart

Another album has topped Japan’s Tower Records ‘ chart beating out 2PM‘s Japanese single “Give Me Love“. So who replaced them as #1 on the chart? Well, it’s actually 2PM themselves with their Korean album ‘GROWN‘! ‘GROWN’ ranked #1 on the site’s pre-order chart this week. Although 2PM’s new album is a Korean release and hasn’t even been released yet, the love from HOTTESTs in Japan was undeniable, as shown on the chart. Now 2PM sits at the #1, 2, 5, and 6 on Tower Records’ pre-order chart with ‘GROWN’ and ‘Give Me Love’. Prior to the latest chart update, 2PM’s “Give Me Love”, which won’t be released until May 29th, maintained its top spot. As mentioned before, 2PM previously unveiled the first performance of “Give Me Love” during their Tokyo Dome concert, as well as the PV, and swept various Japanese music charts. These beastly boys will be returning to you with the release of ‘GROWN’ on the 6th, so stay tuned!

2PM Junho Tops Japan Tower Records Chart, 'Successful as Solo Artist' 2PM member Junho has become a successful solo artist in Japan. On July 24, Junho released his solo album in Japan and ranked number 1 on the Tower Records chart for 2 days in a row. He also ranked number 3 on the Oricon daily chart as well. All the songs on his album was produced and written by Junho as well. Junho stated, “I am so happy that I have received all this support and love from my fans. I will aways work hard so as not to disappoint my fans. Thank you all so much.” He will be holding his solo concert in Tokyo on August 29-31.

WINNER's Kang Seung Yoon and Song Min Ho collaborate with Yoon Jong Shin

Upcoming YG rookies Kang Seung Yoon and Song Min Ho of WINNER collaborated with Yoon Jong Shin for his monthly project! On March 19, Yoon Jong Shin tweeted, "For the first time in four years, I worked with WINNER's Kang Seung Yoon for my monthly project.  In addition, Song Min Ho was featured for the rap.  We will release it next week ," and uploaded a picture of the three of them as proof. In the picture, the three look extremely close as Yoon Jong Shin smiles brightly and puts his arms around both of their shoulders.  Four years ago, Yoon Jong Shin and Kang Seung Yoon met for the first time on Mnet's 'Super Star K2,' so fans are happy to see them together again! They're also very excited for this collaboration!  The song will be available near the end of March for Yoon Jong Shin's monthly project so stay tuned.
