BIGBANG Grabbed Top Two Positions on World Digital Songs Chart
Soon, after highly anticipated comeback, BIGBANG with its two latest hit songs grabbed the top two positions on Billboard's World Digital Songs chart.
In the first week being in chart, a melancholy track “Loser” debuted at No. 1 with selling almost 9000 copies, according to Nielsen Music. A trap-sounded track “Bae Bae” took the second position in chart with selling nearly 8000 copies.
Besides, among the most viewed K-Pop videos in America and around the world in April, the videos for “Loser” and “Bae Bae” landed at spots 3 and 4. A top position was taken by Girls' Generation with its Korean version of "Catch Me If You Can." On the 2nd place landed J. Y. Park featuring Jessi with his new song "Who's Your Mama?"

Kim Hyun-joong is coming back with the role of hero Sin Jeong-tae in the new KBS drama “Generation of Youth“. “Generation of Youth” is based in 1930 Shanghai about youths who go through love, friendship and passion. Sin Jeong-tae is clumsy and random at times but he is the greatest fighter in all of the backstreets of Shanghai. CNBLUE”s Yonghwa and Minhyuk sported items from the men”s holiday collection from American lifestyle brand, “FOSSIL,” for a recent photoshoot in the November issue of “Esquire“. INFINITE become first artist in 12 years to win #1 on the three major broadcasting stations

INFINITE has been sweeping music shows with their latest single “Man In Love” and they’re now recognized as the first artist in 12 years to win #1 on three major broadcasting stations (SBS, MBC, KBS) with the same song. INFINITE recently achieved #1 on MBC‘s ‘Music Core‘s first broadcast with its new ranking system. INFINITE also achieved #1 on KBS 2TV‘s ‘Music Bank‘ on the 4th and 12th as well as on SBS‘ ‘Inkigayo‘ on March 31st and April 7th. The previous artist and song that was able to achieve such a grand slam was back in 2001 when Fin.K.L‘s “You Wouldn’t Know” achieved #1 on ‘Inkigayo’, ‘Music Bank’, and ‘Music Camp‘ before it became ‘Music Core’.
