VIXX Transform Into Demons In New MV

VIXX Transform Into Demons In New MV
VIXX has made a powerful comeback with the release of thier new title track “Hyde”
Today, May 20th, the highly anticipated MV for VIXX’s new single “Hyde” has been revealed. The group had previously released teaser photos for thier new album, also entitled “Hyde”, which had sparked the curiosity of the audience due to thier unique concept. The new MV certainly stood up to these expectations.

As indicated by the title of the song, the new concept is loosely based on the story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, as the members are tormented by severe internal conflicts in the MV. Each member is characterised by two different sides: the white good side, and the dark evil side. The members’ acting skills are broadcasted as each one is seen fighting with himself, as the darker side is trying to take over completely. Eventually they each turn into a demon as the result of a broken heart.

The MV uses settings, props, make-up and outfits perfectly to underline the dark and scary theme of the concept. The climax of the MV, when the members’ dark wings are revealed, is a visually stunning achievement that will take your breath away.
VIXX is certainly making a strong impression with this comeback and we can not wait to see thier stage performances of “Hyde”. They are quickly establishing themselves as idols with unique and powerful concepts which manage to surprise the fans every time.
