MBLAQ to Make Comeback in Korea in June

MBLAQ announced that it would be making a comeback in Korea this June.

The announcement was made at the special event for the group′s third Japanese single Mona Lisa-Japanese Version, held from May 16-17 in Tokyo.
Fans who had purchased the single were given a chance to enter a draw for tickets to this event. Lucky fans were able to see MBLAQ perform onstage this day, listen to them talk and see them show off their individual charms.

A total of 8,000 fans gathered for the four separate events.

MBLAQ especially got fans excited by opening up on its plans for the rest of the year.

"We′ll be releasing a new single in Korea in June," the members said. "We′ve changed our hairdos in preparation for the single. We′ll showcase a sexy that goes beyond the sexy we′ve shown before."

Fans were also able to shake hands with the members this day, adding to the excitement of the occasion.

Silver Ash has always marched to the beat of their own drum. As band after band have recently announced their disbandment, Silver Ash bucked this trend, announcing instead that they would be rising from the ashes, coming together once again after an 8 year hiatus to reform the band. The band originally formed in 2000 in Beijing, China, becoming the country's first visual rock band in the style of Japan's visual kei movement. They quickly gained popularity and found success, carving out their own place in a music industry dominated by ballads. Despite their initial success, things started going south for a number of reasons, including government censorship and the SARS epidemic. These difficulties eventually led the band to go on an indefinite hiatus in 2005. In 2013, Silver Ash surprised many by announcing their long-awaited comeback.
