FTISLAND to Release 3rd Japan Album this June, 'Individual Member Highlights'
Band FTISLAND will be releasing their 3rd Japan album this June.
Their agency FNC Entertainment stated, “On June 5, they will be releasing their 3rd Japan album, RATED -FT.”
Their 3rd album title song, “FREEDOM,” will reveal each of the members individual colors, making it a song to look our for. The album also includes self-composed songs from the members as well.
FTISLAND stated, “Our greed for music has grown. For this album, we have poured our individual colors into it and has become our own style of music. We have always been known to be in the ‘flower rock’ genre, but we feel that our new song will not be in that category this time.”
In this album member’s self-composed songs stand out the most. Choi Jong Hoon’s “Hold My Hand”, Lee Jae Jin’s “Time To” and Lee Hong Ki’s “Orange Sky” and “Black Chocolate” are some of the self-composed songs included in the album.
The music video for “Orange Sky” has also been used as the ending song for the Japan version of Lee Hong Ki’s first movie, “Passionate Goodbye.”
On the other hand, they will also begin their ‘FTISLAND Arena Tour 2013~FREEDOM~’ in June and July. They will also hold their ‘TAKE FTSLAND’ asia tour in Hong Kong and Singapore this July and August.
It seems that FTISLAND will be busy with promotions this summer.
