Jang Keun Suk Cast in Upcoming Drama, ‘Pretty Boy’Returning to his acting roots, Jang Keun Suk has been casted in an upcoming drama.
On June 18, TreeJ Company confirmed Jang Keun Suk’s recent casting in the new drama, Pretty Boy, which is based off of a popular comic book series with the same name. Jang Keun Suk will be playing the character of Dokgo Matte, a man with a pretty face.
The story will be rewritten by writer Yoo Young Ah, who also penned the popular movie, The Gift of Room 7.
This will be Jang Keun Suk′s return to dramas after KBS’ Love Rain in 2012.
As the drama has yet to find a home in a broadcast company, it is unclear when it will air, but Group Eight is aiming for late 2013.
 Jang Geunsuk joins the drama cast of "Beautiful Guy"
Jang Geunsuk will finally be making a comeback to the small screen.
On June 18th, his agency Tree J Company revealed, “Jang Geunsuk has finalized his appearance in the drama ‘Beautiful Guy.’ He will meet the audience at home as early as the second half of the year.”
“Beautiful Guy” is based on the manhwa of the same name written by Cheon Kyeyoung, which tells the tale of a handsome man looking for true love.
According to Tree J Company, Jang Geunsuk read the drama’s synposis and took the offer to appear. While the script is not completed yet, the creation of his character is underway.
“Beautiful Guy” will be produced by Group Eight, who was responsible for the hit drama KBS series “Boys Over Flowers” and MBC series “Goong.” Writer of the movie “Miracle in Cell No. 7″ has also joined the writing staff of the drama.

YG Entertainment comes out against the American singer Derrick Bullock for his alleged infringement of Tae Yang's song "Eyes, Nose, Lips." JYJ’s Kim Junsu to Release a 2nd Album in July

Returning back to music, JYJ’s Kim Junsu will be releasing a second album.  On June 3, C-Jes Entertainment stated that Kim Junsu will release his second official album in July. “With last year’s first album, he was called a well-balanced and complete idol and received much attention for his sensational music video. We are working hard every day to show another evolution for this album.” The company promised to release a fantastical album that will be balanced out with ballads and performance songs and will fit the summer season. CN Blue takes their tour Down Under

Australians got a taste of K-pop over the weekend when the boy band quartet CN Blue descended on Melbourne and Sydney for its “Blue Moon” tour. After rocking out in Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong, the group touched down in Australia for its first solo tour. On Friday, the boys performed at Festival Hall in Melbourne then followed suit the next day in Sydney.
