Cube is Re-Debuting BEAST With Hyungseung and 2 New Members

Cube Entertainment has announced that BEAST will be re-debuting as a 3-member boyband.
BEAST will be debuting once again with two new members and previous member, Jang Hyunseung. On November 11, 2016, BEAST announced they would be leaving Cube Entertainment to form their own label.
Doojoon, Junhyung, Yoseob, Kikwang, and Dongwoon are not involved in the new BEAST.
The following weekend, the five members announced the formation of their new label. Jang Hyunseung followed up with a statement that he had resigned with Cube Entertainment after leaving the group earlier that year, in April 2016.
Hyunseung is claiming he had no knowledge that Cube Entertainment was re-creating BEAST with 2 new members and himself.

Just moments after the breaking news that announced BEAST was being re-made into a 3-member group, Hyunseung is denying he has any involvement.
The official statement by Cube Entertainment originally read “BEAST’s former member Jang Hyunseung will be returning to BEAST and we will be recreating the group as a 3 member group.”
The statement was released by Cube Entertainment’s CEO, Hong Seung Sung. It was released without any mention of Doojoon, Junhyung, Yoseob, Kikwang, and Dongwoon.

Agency ordered to repay partner

A Seoul court ordered the agency of Block B to return nearly $600,000 to its partner, holding it responsible for not hosting a concert of the idol group. The Seoul Central District Court ruled yesterday that Stardom Entertainment, which represents the seven-member boy group, needs to pay 652.44 million won ($586,990) to Shownote. The two companies signed a deal in September last year after agreeing to collaborate to hold Block B concerts at least twice each year for two years. Shownote gave the money to Stardom Entertainment on two occasions through October of last year. But the concerts were canceled after a conflict between Block B and Stardom Entertainment deepened over the terms of the contract. Shownote terminated the deal with Stardom Entertainment and filed a lawsuit to get the money back. Stardom Entertainment reportedly filed a countersuit, claiming Shownote slandered another singer that it represented and demanded 30 million won in compensation.
