Hi AsianBoys Lover.... our kpop male group have big scandal with their agency... we just review or flashback what kind of that problem??? Check this out carefully and hopefull that every problem will be finished well !
Fact 1/
After a storm of reports regarding EXO member Kris and the impending lawsuit, EXOtics are claiming the subsequent responses by other members are fake and concocted by SM Entertainment.
Not long after news broke of Kris” lawsuit and call for nullification of his contract with EXO and SM Entertainment, fans noticed his fellow members began to unfollow the rapper on social media.
A post also appeared on EXO member Tao”s official Instagram account, which alluded to the other 11 members siding with SM and feeling betrayed by Kris. Similarly vague posts appeared on Chanyeol and Sehun”s Instagram accounts.
However, some fans are not taking these posts at face value, and allege that the accounts are currently being controlled by SM Entertainment staff members to purposefully push the blame toward Kris.
“There is proof Tao wasn”t the one who posted this,” wrote Saranghae101 on allkpop today. “Tao was at Seoul when this was occurring. Saesang fans looked into it and found that the phones locators were one and didn”t match Tao. They were at completely different locations.”
EXOtics also pointed out that Tao”s Instagram post had a lot of grammatical errors, which is a rarity for the EXO member. In addition, Chanyeol posted a Chinese proverb, which some fans thought was odd for the Korean-born star.
“I don”t know what is Sehun”s purpose, but Chanyeol would never write with Chinese characters that way,” claimed Donhaesha8692.
“All the Super Junior member have unfollowed SMTownGlobal on Twitter as well. And Luhan changed his Weibo cover to a galaxy while Tao changed his security question to 12 something,” wrote an EXOtic, alluding to strange activities on all the SM artists” accounts.
“SM staff stole all of EXO”s phones. Hence weird posting and unfollowings,” suggested Travelsizedgirl.
It is difficult to ascertain the truth behind these virtual postings until further investigation, but Kris” lawsuit is causing a clear fissure between those supporting his actions, and those sticking by the remaining SM artists.
Fact 2/
Since the lawsuit scandal between Kris and SM Entertainment, a growing number of voices online are suggesting that the rapper leave EXO and join YG Entertainment.
K-pop fans know that YG and SM are rival companies, and their general image and work philosophy also differ, at least to the public eye. As evidenced by the string of lawsuits from EXO, TVXQ, and Super Junior, SM has a reputation for holding very strict contracts with long durations. Observers have coined the term “slave contract,” which is often used to describe the cause of conflicts between SM and its artists.
Since the lawsuit, some observers believe it would be better if Kris (or even EXO as a whole) moves to YG. The Twitter hashtag #SMentWorstCompanyInKorea has been trending on the social media website. In addition, many K-pop fans are sending YG Entertainment messages, pleading the company “adopt” EXO.

Of course, the chance of this happening is highly unlikely, but the rivalry between YG and SM is certainly being highlighted during this scandal.
Meanwhile, Kris has finally surfaced, at least on Instagram, assuring EXO fans that he”s alright.
“I”m doing fine,” says the Chinese note according to allkpop. “I wish everyone the best, and I hope things will be better for you all. I thank all the people who are supporting me, and thanks for voicing your opinions. Wu Yi Fan will always be here!”
Can you imagine Kris being a part of YG Entertainment?
Fact 3/
Recently, the Seoul Central District Court revealed that the Luhan’s lawsuit against SM Entertainment has been submitted to binding arbitration
On November 25th, it was decided that EXO-M”s Luhan’s lawsuit will be brought to a mediation appointed by the court. The two parties will have to enter the session to compromise in order to reach mutual agreements. If the mediation is not successful as both side can”t come up with a solution, the case will be brought to court.
Luhan filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment on October 10th claiming that there was a discrimination between the Korean and Chinese members as EXO-K was fully supported by the company while EXO-M wasn”t properly promoted and had a difficult time. SM Entertainment later stated that as Luhan is using the same method and law firm to sue them with no particular reason while ignoring the understanding of the people included in the contract after gaining popularity through group promotions, it”s certainly that he has put his personal profit first.
Fact 4/
According to the report, the friend is Luhan’s classmate from high school, and their friendship is well known, as there were photos posted on Weibo on several occasions, showing the two together.
The friend stated, “To be honest, I didn’t know Luhan would make a decision as sudden as this. Recently, Luhan has been suffering from migraines and sleeping problems. He even had to miss an EXO concert, receiving care from his family in Beijing.”
“Being abroad for a long time, Luhan barely had any time to spend with his parents. His agency was very strict with vacation, and even when he had no work, he was unable to receive permission to go home. After visiting home this last time, I think he wanted to be there for his more elderly family members.”
Korean media also received a statement from a representative of Luhan, who stated that one of the reasons behind the lawsuit is the discriminatory treatment of EXO-M versus the treatment of EXO-K.
The report quotes the source’s statement, saying, “There is a lot of restriction on their private lives, and they even are treated differently when getting permission for vacation. After signing their contract in May of 2010, they underwent severe training until their debut in April 2012, going for an average of 10 hours a day, and during this time, they did not receive any financial aid.”
The source stated that due to stress of training and anxiety, Luhan is suffering from various health issues, and that even following EXO’s debut, they don’t have freedom with individual activities and their manager is constantly with them monitoring and restricting what they do.
Fact 5/
On December 5th, the attorneys from both sides attended the second mediation which took place at Seoul Central Distric Court at 10:20am kst. Just like the first mediation, they were unable to come with a compromise and court decided to hold the third mediation in the first half of next year.
The first mediation was held on July 8th which resulted in both sides being given the second round mediation as they couldn”t reach a settlement.
Fact 1/
It is reported that boy group B.A.P has officially entered a lawsuit against TS Entertainment.
According to an exclusive report by Xsport News on November 27th, all 6 members of B.A.P revealed to have filed a lawsuit against TS Entertainment to nullify their contract. The lawsuit has been submitted to Seoul Western District Court on November 26th.
The report said that the contract started becoming valid on the date their first album was released rather than the day the contract was signed and it has kept them with the company for more than 7 years. In addition, the terms that are set by the Fair Trade Commission to prevent “slave contracts” were not ensured. The profit distribution which was included in the contract turns out as advantage for the company and disadvantage for the members. It was said that they were only paid 18 million won per member for the past 3 years they”ve been promoted.
Despite the unfair contract, B.A.P has released a total of 11 albums ever since they debuted in January 2012 and has been constantly going on concert tours in various countries around the world despite their bad health conditions.
TS Entertainment said they they will release an official statement about the matter soon.
Fact 2/
The agency wrote, “Hello, this is TS Entertainment.
We are here to deliver our official position regarding B.A.P’s contract nullification lawsuit that has been reported this afternoon.
All this while, TS Entertainment has tried their best to support the various activities of our artist B.A.P and to strive to meet our mutual goals. And like we revealed back on October 28, we had canceled all their schedules to allow them to rest as we made the protection of our artist our priority out of consideration and trust.
And while in the midst of in talks about their future activities, we learned of the sudden lawsuit through news articles.
Currently TS Entertainment is in the process of trying to figure out the details and the truth of the matter. However, we wanted to make clear that there is no such thing as a “slave contract” or “unfair contract conditions” in our contracts, and we have never given them unfair one-sided treatment.
We will take steps to confirm the matter regarding this lawsuit, and respond in an official manner.
We once again convey our sorry hearts for causing concern to all who love TS Entertainment and its artists.
Thank you.”
Fact 3/
The K-pop group B.A.P issued a statement through their legal representative on Friday refuting the assertion by their agency that it had fairly distributed their incomes and had not mistreated them. The conflict between the boy band and TS Entertainment surfaced in late November when the group”s members jointly sued the agency calling for the nullification of their contracts, which they consider disadvantageous.
In their statement on Friday, B.A.P said, “We debuted in 2012, dreaming of becoming the best K-pop boy band, and did 260 shows that year. In 2013, we did 140 shows and 110 this year. We meticulously followed the direction of our entertainment agency. Notably, we also performed 33 times overseas this year”. According to B.A.P, the agency forced one of the group”s six members, Daehyun, who was hospitalized more than a month ago, to appear on television shows and on stage. “One of the boys was hospitalized last October due to extreme exhaustion, but TS Entertainment said it would claim damages from him. The hospital staff tried to stop him from being discharged, but he left and performed anyway”, the statement read. To verify their claim, the group attached screen captures of Daehyun performing with bandages on his wrist. The boys” accusations shocked their fans in late November, when the suit became public. B.A.P claimed that they earned more than 10 billion won ($9.11 million) for the agency in the three years since their debut but that each member received just 18 million won.TS Entertainment responded to the allegation by saying that the band had broke even earlier this year and that the agency had spent 1.5 billion won to promote their albums so far. B.A.P said in their statement Friday that they had requested TS Entertainment to disclose the details of those promotions. So far, however, the agency has not addressed the matter. “The money isn”t what matters; rather, it”s a matter of trust”, B.A.P said in their release.
Fact 4/
After the six members of the boy group B.A.P entered lawsuit against their management agency, the TS Entertainment recently officially spoke out about the case, revealing income of B.A.P’s members, as well as expressing their desire to continue collaborating with the group.
Their very lengthy press release began with an apology. “Since our founding in 2008, for the past seven years, we have created acts such as Untouchable, SECRET and B.A.P as well as a new rookie artist launching soon. As K-Pop becomes a part of the global culture, our goal has been to strengthen our artists” performances and grow with them as we introduce them into the world.
B.A.P was our first male idol group, and the amount of effort and investment we put into the group was no less than what any other company would have done. Thankfully, due to the efforts of the six B.A.P members who came together as one with their talent and hard work, they were able to show off their skills as K-Pop artists with two world tours under their belts.
In the middle of working together, we received the message this past October through their manager that they wanted to rest. Respecting their wishes, we cancelled their upcoming tours in South America and Japan and gave them a long-term vacation. Visiting home and traveling abroad, the members kept in contact with the company. Recently, they told us their opinion that they wanted to go back to promotions beginning in January of next year. In the middle of planning next year”s promotions, we heard through a media outlet on November 27 that they were planning a lawsuit.
Since we were maintaining normal contact up until November 26, the article on the next day came as a huge shock. We tried to contact the members through the managers, but they did not respond. We then tried contacting their parents, and the few who we could reach told us to contact their lawyers. We realized that a situation analysis would only be possible after we received the case, and we waited for it to arrive.
In the middle of this, we became suspicious of the media outlets who only focused on one point of view despite the case being in its infancy. As we entered 2014, we were past the break-even point on our finances and B.A.P were on the verge of turning a profit, so this situation became more serious. Finally, we heard reliable rumors that there was a third party controlling public opinion by putting the relationship between the company and B.A.P in a bad light.
To this, we will determine who the third party is and do everything to bring it to justice for breaking the rules of honest business and tarnishing K-Pop”s image.
To be truthful, the company has still not officially received the lawsuit. After checking, the law firm who prepared the lawsuit mistakenly had a clerical error regarding proof of document, and the courts had ordered them to correct the mistake. Although we have not yet received the case, we made a request to the courts to view the contents of the case so we could prepare this statement. We will now make a statement on some of the biggest issues in the media.
10 billion won in revenue over 3 years. 17,800,000 won per person
TS -> Break-even point reached in 2 years. Second half of 2014, 285 million won expected. If kept to originally planned promotions, second half of 2014 600 million won expected.
[reference the chart at the bottom of this article.]
Our investment in B.A.P began when they were trainees, and large investments began in the second half of 2011 with Bang Yong Guk”s solo single, “I Remember”, and BANG&ZELO”s “Never Give Up”. As you can see in the above chart, until 2013, expenses were greater than income. This is because we put our focus on “conquering the world through music” and realizing our shared goal. Thanks to these risky investments, B.A.P were able to take their place as a new-age K-Pop artist, and became profitable two years after their debut – an accomplishment to be proud of.
As the chart points out, from the point we passed break-even, the gap between our expenses and income becomes greater, and B.A.P began to create more and more profit. Looking at the second half of 2014, if they carried on their planned schedules with tours in South America, Japan and China, we were expecting income of 600 million won. Unfortunately, due to the cancellation of these schedules, we are expecting income of around 285 million won.
Also, depending on the level of promotions, we were tracking B.A.P”s income in 2015 to be around 1.8 billion won.
Profit split 1 (B.A.P): 9 (TS) ?
TS -> expected split 4 (B.A.P): 6 (TS)
Ahead of explaining the term “profit split”, we will explain the process by which we do our accounting. Following the contract, we calculate our finances every six months. This is how it works: out of all the sales that come from B.A.P, we take out the investments we have made to the group. With the remainder of the income, we divide them based on the category of product and again based on the ratio split with the artist. We do this because there are expenses that are hard to categorize, including dorms, transport, food, school, training, free time, exercise, massages, hospital costs, T-money, etc.
The reason why the ratio is so low with albums (1:9) as opposed to performances/commercials (5:5) is because the former has a lesser upfront cost and the expenses are split between us and a third party; while with the latter, all of the expenses come out of specialized staff members working for the company itself (content directors, designers, producers, marketing, etc).
The profit split to B.A.P in the first half of 2014 came out lower since the majority of the profits came from albums and singles. After this, as the group successfully completes their world tours and stakes out their position as a K-Pop artist, the profit ratio is changing. This is the intended result from both the members and the company, and has achieved the intended affect of making the profit splits reflect the importance of the artists to the company”s success. In the future, as commercials and events make up a greater portion of profits, the ratio of 4:6 was to be expected.
slave contracts? TS -> same content as the Fair Trade Commission”s “standard contract” + embodiment
The contents of the “slave contracts” brought up by a media outlet are following the rules set by the Fair Trade Commission, and includes material that embodies their rules.
Regarding the length of the contract, if we look at the FTC”s guidelines, the length is states as seven years with an extension available upon agreement on both sides with regards to issues such as “extended foreign promotions with a foreign management company” or “any other legitimate reason which may require a long-term contract”.
The company has set the beginning of the contract to the release date of the group”s first album (solo, digital album, full album) and seven years henceforth. The members each signed their contracts on 2011 March, June and September, and Bang Yong Guk and Zelo started early with solo promotions so the end dates on their contracts are all different.
issue of trust
TS -> an issue of misunderstanding
Last July, even after the first-half accounting, the B.A.P members continued their schedules without any problems. However, starting in mid-September, the members began exhibiting emotional outbursts, creating problems with variety schedules and other promised events. Despite this, we have apologized numerous times to broadcast stations and others, and tried to protect the members.
Also, the company had tried to solve the problems through the managers and other staff members via discussion and negotiation, and we respected their wishes of the need to rest. On October 23, we agreed to minimize their activities and cancelled two of their world tours so they would get plenty of time to rest until the end of the year.
Since the B.A.P members showed no outward signs of dissatisfaction and continued to live in their dorm, visit the hospital and share meals together, we believed that they were preparing for their comeback and waited until they were ready. As we stated before, we were planning on a comeback in January when we heard this surprising news.
This is the end of our discussion regarding the above points, and we will bare everything we can to the courts so we can reveal the truth. This much is clear: TS Entertainment did not violate the law and have not treated B.A.P in any way that is immoral or unfair.
Our code is “Honesty. Sincerity. Humility”. It is possible that in our quest to create a warm and comfortable home for the members and give them the treatment they deserve, our wishes got misunderstood. If we did not recognize the members” hurt feelings before, this is also our fault for misunderstanding due to our lack of experience.
Finally, we hope that B.A.P will, even now, be truthful to what they want and come back together to join forces and achieve that dream that we discussed during their debut. However, if they continue to break off communication and seek out the court, we will respect their wishes and face them in a court of law, searching for a proper solution.
We deeply apologize for causing worry to so many people and will work hard to make sure this entire incident can end in a positive light.’
This will be a good new for all fans of MBLAQ!
On October 25, OBS and TV Reported announced that, MBLAQ will not be broken up, the five boys will be remaining their team and continuing to promote together.
This official announcement has smashed the rumors of MBLAQ’s disbandment.
MBLAQ is filled with five members including Seungho, G.O, Thunder, Lee Joon, and Mir. The idol band has previously faced the possibility of breakup as the J.Tune Entertainment revealed that the contracts for Lee Joon and Thunder have expired. Meanwhile, Lee Joon has entered the lawsuit against J.Tune Entertainment, and Thunder has halted all his current activities to promote himself as an actor.
MBLAQ will be holding a concert in Seoul on November 29 and 3.
Fact 2/
After the rumors that Lee Joon will depart from MBLAQ have been reported, the singer has opened up about this issue.
On November 3, during the press conference promoting the MBC drama, “Mr. Baek”, the singer and actor Lee Joon was asked about his decision on leaving MBLAQ and his management agency, J.Tune Camp.
Lee Joon shared, “It’s true that my contract is coming to an end, but nothing has been decided. I’m still going through negotiations with the agency and there hasn’t been anything decided yet. I would like to let [everyone] know when things are confirmed, but I don’t have SNS. I think it will be announced through either the agency or the media. Absolutely nothing has been confirmed,” emphasizing the ongoing negotiations with the agency.
As his future with J.Tune Camp is still up in the air, fans can hold tight until anything is officially confirmed by the agency.
Fact 3/
A Key East rep told MyDaily on the 9th, “The rumors of us signing Lee Joon are false. We”ve never met up with Lee Joon.”
Lee Joon and his fellow members recently wrapped up MBLAQ”s concert, where the group revealed that their future is still up in the air, and their agency J.Tune Camp also stated that it would be difficult to give an official statement on the group before the end of 2014. As Lee Joon”s contract with J.Tune has reached its expiration date, Lee Joon is reported to have received offers from many actor agencies.
When asked for a status update, J.Tune Camp told The Fact on the 9th, “We are still in talks about renewal of contracts… But currently MBLAQ are focusing on the album that we plan to release next year… We are planning for a February comeback… But like in the case of Lee Joon, he”s leading an active promotion with acting so there have been a lot of speculations about him coming out. We will try to solve and organize the contract renewal issue as early as we can.”
Fact 4/
According to a press release from their legal representative on December 16, “Lee Joon and Thunder’s exclusive contract with company J.Tune Camp and their promotions with MBLAQ have ended following the ‘Curtain Call’ concert at the end of November.”
The legal rep continued to explain, “Also, for their future plans, Lee Joon will commit to filming his drama ‘Mr. Baek,’ while Thunder will focus on his music studies for the time being. [Lee Joon and Thunder] would like to express thanks to all of their fans who have shown endless love and support to them for the past 5 years, and they will continue to repay their fans with an even more improved and mature image in the future.”
Fact 5/
J.Tune assured worried fans that although two members have left, MBLAQ will continue, whether it be 3 members, or more with the addition of new members. A rep told Star In, “We have not yet decided whether to continue MBLAQ activities as three members, or whether we will recruit new additions for the group. However, what is certain is that MBLAQ will continue to exist.”
Another rep also told Osen, “We are currently in talks about various matters, but it”s too early to reveal specific details or matters regarding the organization of the group. However, we will maintain MBLAQ.”
The members as well as the agency previously revealed that a comeback is in store for February, so hopefully we”ll have more updates once 2015 kicks off!
A police rep revealed to Osen that the lawsuit had been filed last month on October 2 citing defamation against 4 individuals.
Their agency TOP Media confirmed Star News recently, “We filed a lawsuit against 4 individuals who spread false rumors about album sajaegi when “TEEN TOP 20″S LOVE ONE EXITO” was released in September for defamation of character… The police found the people and went into investigation.. Among them, there are those in their teens and twenties… Afterwards, we held a personal meeting with these individuals and most of them said they were reflecting on their actions and pleaded for mercy… We are currently deciding on whether to show leniency.”
TEEN TOP previously topped music charts and won on music shows with “Missing” for a successful promotion. However, it wasn”t all smooth sailing as netizens posed suspicions of sajaegi and the rumors heated up when 2PM“s Jun.K posted an ambiguous tweet. This led to fanwars, and Taecyeon had to step up to ask Angels and HOTTEST to stop their feud.
TEEN TOP put the past rumors behind them by coming back strong with repackaged album “TEEN TOP 20″S LOVE TWO EXITO” to thank fans for their success.
Hope both of them nothing rival, and everything will be fine.

B.A.P Sues To TS Entertainment For “Slave Contracts”
Fact 2/
TS Entertainment Claimed Not To Give B.A.P Unfair One-sided Treatment
Responding the B.A.P’s allegation about the “slave contract”, TS Entertainment has recently released an official statementThe agency wrote, “Hello, this is TS Entertainment.
Thank you.”
Fact 3/
B.A.P Accused TS Entertainment of Fraud, Hiding The Truth and Betraying Trust
Fact 4/
TS Entertainment Reveals Income Of B.A.P, Over 10 Billion Won in Revenue over 3 Years
After the six members of the boy group B.A.P entered lawsuit against their management agency, the TS Entertainment recently officially spoke out about the case, revealing income of B.A.P’s members, as well as expressing their desire to continue collaborating with the group.
TS -> expected split 4 (B.A.P): 6 (TS)
