Hongki to play the leader of rock band EXO in new SBS drama 'Modern Farmer'


Hongki has been confirmed for a new SBS weekend drama!

On the 7th, FNC Entertainment confirmed that Hongki will be playing the lead role Lee Min Ki in 'Modern Farmer (working title)'. The drama talks about a rock band member going back to live on the farm. Hongki's character is a genius rocker that is the leader, vocalist, and guitarist of the rock band 'Excellent Souls' (shortened, apparently, to EXO).



The drama will start airing on October 18th!

Kris shows his support for EXO's concert?

EXO had their first of three concerts today on May 23, rousing up fans and other idols with their exciting performances.   Meanwhile, member Kris, who is currently trying to get out of his contract with SM Entertainment, was absent, but allegedly updated his Weibo bio before the first concert writing, "Work hard, fighting!"   Fans are speculating this was a message meant for his group members before they stood on stage. Kris and SM Entertainment reported to enter court-referred mediation

Kris and SM Entertainment are reported to enter into mediation, opening up a last chance to reach a mutual agreement before they take on a legal battle. According to media outlets, on the 11th, the Seoul Central District Court referred the case to mediation to encourage the two parties to communicate. This will likely be the last chance that the two sides may be able to work things out with one another before they enter into their formal legal battle. This news has left fans wondering if a compromise could come about between Kris and SM Entertainment. If the two come to an agreement, then this situation could be wrapped up sooner than expected. However, if the two parties are unable to reach an agreement, then they will head into trials.

Super Junior’s Yesung and Donghae pucker up for a new set of selcas

With Yesung’s enlistment approaching closer with each day, Super Junior‘s Yesung and Donghae made sure to enjoy their moments together with Donghae even puckering up as to give Yesung a peck! Donghae shared on his Twitter, “Nice weather ^^ with YS !! Summer is coming…” , and left fans smiling with their bromance as they played around, taking turns puckering up.
